Consent to personal data processing

I hereby grant Delsot CJSC (INN 7415009571, legal address Grazhdanskaya St.1 a, Miass, Chelyabinsk Region, 456306, Russian Federation) (hereinafter referred to as Delsot CJSC) my consent to the manual or automated processing of my personal data, i.e., I grant my consent to collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of the following personal data, transferred by me to Delsot CJSC by any means, including through Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica::

1. Data from this Questionnaire / Purchasing Order / Feedback Form; ; 
2. Source of transition to the site delsot.com and the information contained in the search query or advertising request;
3. User’s device identity information (including resolution, version and other parameters, attributes, or characteristics, IP address);  
4. Web browsers (or other programs through which the Internet is accessed) that track, personalize, and save information about each user's session, user’s hard ware and software specifications;
5. Date and time of access;
6. Parameters characterizing audience segments;
7. Session parameters;
8. Information on the time of site visit;
9. User ID stored in the cookie.

Delsot CJSC is allowed to use the above personal data for the following purposes:

• To contact me, including sending notifications, requests and information connected with the use of the Delsot CJSC website
  

  the execution of agreements and contracts, the processing of purchase orders and requests sent by me via the website delsot.com;

• To turn personal data into anonymised information to use it for further marketing research or statistical purposes.

Delsot CJSC is allowed to process my personal data (both automatically, including in data telecommunications networks, and manually, i.e., processing of the personal data recorded in tangible medium or contained in card-catalogues or other systematized collections of such information) in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law # 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.

I agree to receive promotional or marketing messages sent by Delsot CJSC, its contractors and affiliates.

This consent comes into force from the present moment and shall be valid for an indefinite period.

I understand that to revoke this consent, a written ‘Notice of Revocation’ shall be sent to the email address;office@delsot.ru.
